Couples Connect: Services

RELATIONSHIP IS THE RESULT OF CONNECTION

This is for couples going through the typical challenges of life who want to reconnect or deepen your bond with one another. In each 90-minute session you will work on the issue or challenge that you want resolved. You will cultivate the depth and growth that you want to experience together in your relationship. In addition, you will:

  • learn and practice deep listening 

  • communicate so you are heard and understood

  • navigate difficult conversations without triggering old wounds

  • cultivate a new depth of understanding, empathy, and compassion for oneself and one another

  • gain new tools for sacred connection that can be used outside of session to improve any relationship


Each couple will receive

  • Initial intake

  • Weekly 90-minute 1:1 Couple's sessions

  • Weekly action projects

  • Email support between sessions

  • Integration call

Two people in a relationship important to both i.e.: intimate partnership, business partner, siblings, close friends etc.​

$275 CAD session

$250 CAD session 3+ prepaid sessions
