THE PATH TO SELF
This program is for people who want clarity, insight and inspired action while building your ability to cope and adapt to life’s changes. You’ll learn to communicate so you are heard and understood, relate with others in a meaningful way and establish and maintain healthy personal boundaries to thrive through this time.
The 12-Week Immersion Includes:
15 Session Hours: Ten 90-minute Mind Clearing sessions devoted to your specific challenge, goals and intentions while building self-awareness, skills and practices that result in tangible improvements in your personal and professional life
Weekly Action Projects and accountability for integration and support
Email support between sessions, as needed
30-minute Intro Call lays the ground work to review your background information and context.
30-minute Mid-Point Check-In between session 4 and 5 to re-evaluate your intentions; review your wins and insights and to ensure we are on your track moving forward.
30-minute Completion Call after session 10 to stabilize you moving forward in life
